Connecting with service providers is as easy as 1-2-3

1. Create an Account

Once you download the app and sign-up for PINCH, create one or more properties in your customer profile.

You choose details like property type and home/lawn sizes. The app automatically saves each property you add until you change or delete it, so its there the next time you open the app.

2. Select the Service you need.

Quickly select whether you want home cleaning or lawn service (or both!). View instant pricing for each service. The prices you see are for services within a 72-hour time frame.

3. Choose your time frame.

Select when you need your service within a 24 to 72-hour time frame. Pricing may slightly increase if you need the service within 24, 48 or default 72 hours. Then, sit back and relax! The app reaches out to the PINCH network of qualified and pre-screened service providers on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Complete the Job

Once a supplier accepts your service request, you can easily communicate with the supplier via the in-app chat. You can also view the up-to-date status of your service request. Once the provider completes the job and you approve, PINCH pays the provider directly through the app.
