A few years back we identified a number of challenges and inefficiencies with the way home owners and businesses book cleaning services. So we decided to fix that.
With backgrounds in Technology, Start Ups, Real Estate, Property Management, and home management, we created a tool that impacts your life in a positive way and takes some of the daily cleaning chores off of the ever growing To Do list. Keep reading!

Here at PINCH, we believed that we could build a dual sided marketplace that would allow a user to find an amazing cleaner within seconds…and build a platform for cleaners where they didn’t have to pay to get jobs. Giving everyone time back in their day to focus on other things.
Think about it. What if you could save a few hundred dollars every year on cleaning. What if you didn’t have to call a single person to get a house cleaned that you were managing. What if…in a matter of seconds, you were able to knock off another item off your task list?
In today’s over-saturated market of cleaners, it is extremely expensive and difficult for a cleaning company to promote and market themselves. With PINCH, cleaners are able to accept real paying jobs without a single marketing expense. This strategy helps everyone. Cleaners are willing to take a lower rate on the job because they have no marketing expenses and customers gain the benefit of always having cleaning resources available at below market prices.

Meet Our Founders
Bryan is one of the original brainchild crew for PINCH. Bryan has a background in sales with over 25 years of experience in the medical device world. His super pumped attitude and positive aura has won him the title of CCO (Chief Cheerleading Officer). His passion and gift for gab serve him very well within his role as Capital Advisor and Customer Liaison. Bryan lives in Isle of Palms, SC with his wife Emily and two boys.
Neal is the rock. Neal makes the business run. He is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and he has one of the best southern accents you will ever hear. Not to mention, he works his tail off. Neal has been in Real Estate for over 20 years and knows PINCH is a "must have" and a gamechanger for agents. Neal lives in Charleston, SC.
Joe is our salty tech guy. Yeah…we all know at least one. Joe is a wealth of knowledge and has spent his career building technology and apps. He plays devils advocate to the rest of the team on a regular basis and continually helps the company stay on track. Joe lives in Charleston, SC with his wife and two children.
Chris helped conceptualize the idea for PINCH one warm summer evening in 2019 in his backyard while lamenting impromptu requests from his better half to do yard work. Today, Chris wears a few hats which include recruiting service providers, managing financials to pitching in to help with job management, sales and marketing. Chris graduated The Citadel in 1991 with a business degree and has 30 years of experience in sales and sales management.
Greg has started a number of businesses with the most notable one being an ecommerce business that he sold to FedEx in 2014. He also owns a Property Management company where he has experienced many of the challenges mentioned above. Greg is responsible for product execution, customer experience and marketing initiatives to grow the brand. Greg lives in Tampa, FL with his wife and four children.
Dennis is our gray hair guy (sans the hair part- so mostly just grey). Dennis sets the strategy for the company and makes sure everyone and everything is staying on task. His 30 year career includes leading multiple M&A transactions on both sides in addition to in-house executive experience. Dennis lives in Charleston, SC with his wife Leia and 3 children.
